Current Favourite Sentence
The author was convinced her approach to his father was a deliberate attempt to discredit him and his older brother who, coincidentally, was having sex with his girlfriend in the same field.

Funny. I read your blog, then I turned to the Guardian for some more Lesefutter and when I read this

I knew where it was leading :-)
My sources are extremely predictable. And the backstory hinted at by that article is fairly interesting, in a son-of-the-earth, vast-mysterious-womb-of-nature kind of way.
