Current Favourite Sentence

And if the human race is really convinced that it cannot forgo ornament and the ornamental it must, for the making of such things, have recourse to those workmen who remain outside the industrial system, painters, sculptors and poets of all kinds, in whatever material they work, whether words or wool, & be prepared to pay highly; for such things cannot be cheap when artists and poets are not ordinary workmen but highly intellectual and self-conscious people.

Fame!

If you go here, and then here, you will be able to watch a report that appeared on the BBC's Newsnight Review, lasting all of nine minutes and three seconds, about contemporary poetry, which makes lengthy reference to an anthology in which I am to be published. Nobody mentions me by name, and they don't read any poems, but it's a step in the right direction.
